Kendra Dress Tester Round-Up Day 2

This is ‘Day 2’ of the tester round-up of the KENDRA dress.  The testers of this dress pattern were incredibly generous with their time and talents and sent me beautiful photos.  I am highlighting them over several posts.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of these lovely ladies for sharing their talents with me.  I think they all look amazing!!  I am incredibly grateful for all of their input.  If you would like to see ‘Day 1’ of the tester roundup click here.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Katie made her KENDRA in this sweet floral cotton sateen.  She is very tall, and the adjustments she made to the pattern worked out perfectly.  Please be sure to visit Katie here on Instagram.  She posts beautiful photos!!

I think you will agree that Meghan looks beautiful in her KENDRA.  I love the embroidered fabric that she chose.

[dt_quote type=”pullquote” layout=”left” font_size=”big” animation=”none” size=”1″]Meghan says”The Kendra dress has a fitted princess-seam bodice with a nice fullness in the skirt, given by the large pleats. The pattern sizing and fit are accurate and well drafted and instructions are clear and concise. I love that some finishing techniques are included in the instructions, such as the lining and the lovely hem facing. Though it takes more time to complete these finishes, they give the dress that upscale look and feel that you don’t see with many other PDF patterns. I greatly enjoyed sewing the Kendra dress.”[/dt_quote]

I love Delphine’s KENDRA in this soft peach color.  With her beautiful skin, she is all ‘peaches and cream’.  Be sure to visit Delphine’s blog, Just Delphine

This print is as happy as Susy is!  I love it.  I think she looks adorable in these photos, and love how she is showing off the pockets and the fullness of the skirt.

[dt_quote type=”pullquote” layout=”left” font_size=”big” animation=”none” size=”1″]Susy says “This is such a classic, elegant design. I imagine making this in a crisp linen for a summer wedding or bridal shower. It’s easily more casual with a light floral rayon. The neckline is so feminine, and I couldn’t help but see visions of Audrey Hepburn as I finished up this project. So very lovely!”[/dt_quote]
